ICF Global vs ICF Chapter Membership
There is often confusion over ICF Global Membership and Individual Chapter membership. This page will explain the differences in membership.
ICF Global Membership
Empowering the World
As a membership organization, ICF Global is the governing body and the membership that grants accreditation to coaches that have passed a Coach Knowledge Assessment and met the requirements for a number of coaching hours and coach education hours. In addition, ICF Global has a variety of programs and resources available to members. With your ICF Global membership, you may choose a chapter to associate with, but that affiliation does not automatically include membership to that local chapter.

ICF Georgia Chapter Membership
Providing Partnership & Practice
Each local chapter of ICF has its own programming and expenses, and so do membership fees, to maintain resources and provide programming and networking to local members. We have a very active chapter here in Georgia with in-person and virtual programming and would love to have you join us.

Membership Options
ICF-Georgia Silver Member
No additional member fee
If you are a Global ICF member, you are eligible for our Member rate, which includes discounted membership and extra benefits.
ICF-Georgia Silver Member
$99.00 – 1 year activity fee
Already an ICF Global Member and want gain the maximum benefits with ICF Georgia
ICF-Georgia Chapter Associate
$139.00 – 1 year subscription
If you are NOT a Global ICF member, we welcome you as part of our coaching community as a Chapter Associate.
Student Requirements
Discounted Student Associate
If you are enrolled in a coach training program or in a college or university, we welcome you as a student associate. (Limited to 1 renewal at $49.00)
To qualify for a discounted student associate level you must:
- Use discount code Student_1 to have your membership fee waived for year 1
- Affirm you are actively enrolled in a coach training program OR a college or university
- Upload a copy of proof of enrollment or your current & valid college or university student ID
- Apply using a valid college or university email address (if applicable)

$49.00 1 year subscription
If you are enrolled in a coach training program or in a college or university and not yet a Global ICF member, we welcome you as a student associate.
